In this post I would like to tell you about one of the most overrated supplements I have ever taken L-Carnitine.I don’t want to talk only about good supplements but also about bad ones.I often see on the many pages that people believe that L-carnitine will help them burn fat.Obviously it isn’t true.If you see such information anywhere, never believe it.So, How does it work ? We can read “L-carnitine helps the body produce energy. It is important for heart and brain function, muscle movement, and many other body processes.It also helps lose your weight”. Basically, the aim of using l-carnitine is to reduce fatigue, improve brain function and reduce body fat.To be honest after a month of using this supplement I didn’t feel any difference. I suspect that this happens because I provide it in the diet.The truth is that L-carnitine will work only when we have a deficiency of L-carnitine in our body and this situation is very rare.L carnitine is a natural component in our body and in addition we provide it in the diet.Summarizing, I don’t recommend to use this supplement because it is not worth for the above-mentioned reasons.This isn’t a bad supplement ,it is just not necessary.That’s why I say it’s overrated.We don’t need to provide it as a supplement.I know many better supplements that help you to lose weight but let me tell you about it in the next posts.
